From the Founders
Temple Comfort began with a shared belief about where technology should take us. The advances of the last few years are real, but the instinct to replace people at work with autonomous agents is the wrong one. The future should bring humans and machines together, with machines doing what they do best so people can focus on what they do best.
Done right, technology can give people their time back and make expert level work accessible to every organization and community, no matter where they are.
That belief brought Enoch Acheampong Snr. and Rathna Kosanam together to build Temple Comfort, PBC. Their work is focused on making specialized expertise more accessible, preserving institutional knowledge, and helping teams do their best work.
Enoch brings extensive engineering experience building cloud native applications across complex, high scale environments. His work included operational tools, mobile applications serving millions of people, communications platforms, notifications, metrics systems, and IoT applications with machine learning built in. He also led two engineering teams, developing both the systems and the people behind them.
Rathna brings extensive experience building both enterprise and consumer products across healthcare, retail, and several startups. Her work spans product strategy, development, and the creation of technology that responds to the needs of both organizations and the people they serve.
Together, Enoch and Rathna have seen how expertise moves through organizations and how often it gets stuck waiting on a person, trapped in someone’s head, or lost when they leave. That experience shaped the future they are building toward: a digital workforce that works alongside people and brings real expertise to every team and community.
